Hallo Herr Krüger,
Es könnte schon sein, dass jetzt einen größeren Akku für Ihr Rad gibt. Prophete hat in dem Punkt etwas aufgerüstet in den letzten Jahren. Es kann zwar sein, dass die Software ihres Bikes nicht auf den größeren Akku eingestellt ist und die Anzeige im Display bei Einsatz einen größeren Akkus nicht mehr stimmt, aber ein größerer Akku würde trotzdem richtig funktionieren.
Wenn Sie die genaue Artikelnummer ihres Fahrrads posten (steht auf dem Typenschild) können wir mal nachsehen, ob es da was größeres gibt.

Außer Bremsbeläge und jetzt 2 neue Reifen fiel nichts weiter an. Schade, daß es keinen stärkeren Akku für den guten 11 Ah-Motor gibt als den 400 Wh. Schaue ich mir die in etwa doppelt so teueren Marken-Räder an, frage ich mich, warum ich so viel mehr Geld ausgeben soll. Ein Verkäufer erzählte mir zu meinem Rad echte Horrorgeschichten, wie Lebensgefahr durch Rahmen, Lenkerbrüche etc. Solche Fachleute sind mir gleich suspekt. Ich wiege gut 100 kg und gebrochen ist vor einigen Tagen nur der Ständer. Wer hat noch über Erfahrungen zu diesem E-Trekkingbike zu berichten?

Auch würde ich erwarten, um das Vertrauen nicht völlig zu verspielen, dass Prophete kostenlose Inspektionen nach 1 u 2 Jahren anbietet.
Autohersteller müssen seit Jahrzehnten mit teuren Rückrufaktionen für die Konstruktionsmängel geradestehen, warum nicht auch bei Pedelecs?

Ein paar Tausend werden es mittlerweile sicher gewesen sein. Es gibt bei den Fahrrädern natürlich immer mal wieder Probleme, aber dabei geht es eher um Probleme mit dem Motor oder dem Akku.
Das Problem, was die Stiftung Warentest und der ADAC bei den eBikes entdeckt haben will – die gebrochenen Sattelhalterungen – gab es bei uns einfach noch nie. Mir ist wirklich nicht klar, wie so etwas passieren soll, wenn man ein Fahrrad normal nutzt. Selbst bei einer gewissen Überladung, wie es in dem Test der Fall war, passiert so etwas in unserer Praxis und nach unserer Erfahrung nicht.
Der ADAC und die Stiftung Warentest sollten wirklich mit transparenten Kriterien arbeiten und Dinge prüfen, die auch in der Praxis zu Problemen und evtl. sogar Unfällen führen. So geht mit diesen Tests wieder ein Schock durch die Fahrradwelt, aber letztenendes kann keiner wirklich etwas dagegen tun und sich verbessern. Wenn Probleme aufgezeigt werden, die keine sind, macht das ganze Testverfahren wenig sinn.

Zuladung kein Flattern und immer gute Bremswirkung.
Ich habe schon teuere E-Bikes ausprobiert und bin
immer wieder zurück zu Prophete. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hinterrad ist einmal unten am Hauptrahmen befestigt und oben (unter dem Sattel) mit einer Dreieckaufhänung (schwarz) am Hauptrahmen mit einem Dämpfer befestigt. Die Befestigung ist immer mit Schraubbolzen versehen. Die Durchführung der Bolzen geht durch das Aluminium des Rahmen. Da die Aufhängung beweglich ist und das Aluminium weich ist, reiben sich die Stahlbolzen in kurzer Zeit an den Alu-buchsen durch. Es wurde nach meinem Empfinden eine Stahlbuchse als Gegenstück für die Bolzen vergessen einzuarbeiten.
Die Firma Prophete konnte das Rad nicht reparieren und ich habe nach hin und her nach 5 Wochen mein Geld von Lidl wieder bekommen.
